I wouldn't be surprised if you mouthed off to the cops, you've already openly admitted to taunting cops. Not a smart move.False, when cops stop me for taking pictures, I greet them, I talk to them cordially, and I tell them the reasons why I take pictures, and the websites I use to post them. I even had a nice conversation with one office who realized that I lived in his beat area. I only taunted the officers in the bag searches to prove that it does not work, given the numerous entrances and the vast swath of the transit system. Putting their patrol vehicles in front of a station entrance where they will do the bag checks is a very, very dumb move. One other group was at Rector/IRT, vehicle was parked around the corner so you can see them. Because Rector/IRT Uptown side is the smallest mezzanine in the entire NYC transit system, the officers can be seen from street level. So what did I do? Went to the SF bound side, looped around South Ferry and quietly exited the same staircase where the cops were still stationed (and they saw me). |
