But see, you said the key word to describe how you spoke to the officers...CORDIALLY, not saying to them "What business is it of yours!". If you were not cordial and open and decided to take the "what business is it of yours" route, I assure you you would have seen the silver bracelets and the room with all the pretty silver bars!!How you said things when they approached you meant EVERYTHING, which is what I had been saying all along. And even if they were nasty and condescending, you don't have to match them, because assuredly you would have lost, and the incident would have been very negative in outcome. You said and supported, basically, everything I and others have said here, about it not only being what you say, but also how you say it. You seen for yourself!! In the incident you mentioned, did you get restrained?? Cited?? Arrested and detained??? No, right?? See... words and how those words are said are everything, as are the responses!! Only numbskull Whineyberg doesn't get it!! |
