(W) = Astoria to Whitehall Street - 24/7

(W) = Astoria to 9th Avenue also to alleviate congestion at Whitehall.

(R) = Forest Hills to Ft. Hamilton - 24/7

Obviously the (Q), (N) and (W) trains are going to need more equipment.
