What's even more relevant there is that the ROW is down the middle of an expressway and is at a good distance, both in elevation and horizontal displacement, from the low-rise construction that charaterizes most of the stretch of the Van Wyck (except of courrse as it nears downtown Jamaica). The train really doesn't run near anybody.Miami Metrorail is very quiet too. I used to live near it 20 years ago. |
