Riding the subway is no different than walking down 5th Ave, and no different than riding Splash Mountain in Disney. In fact, it's even more "public" to ride the subway than it is to ride "Splash Mountain". Splash Mountain is on private property, while the "A Train" is public property.What is the difference between taking a photo here:   ....or taking a photo here:     ..Or even here:  It happens all the time in all three scenarios, and many times, especially in the first instance, the photos wind up on the internt. I went to Dinseyland about a month ago, and am probably in hundreds of photos taken by people I don't know, from all over the world, that's part of being in "public". |
