Guys...can't you understand that taking a picture in an enclosed space like a subway car is way different than snapping them on the street or in an amusement park? Maybe you don't see a difference but I do. Just as you can smoke on the street but not on a train, or sleep in your home but not on the street, a public transit vehicle requires some slight variations on the "...but it's legal on the streets!" elements of our civil freedoms.On the trains we ought to behave in a more polite fashion. Taking direct photographs of people without their permission is just rude. This is my personal feeling on the matter. |
