As for connecting I-495 back to I-95, I'd rather see new tunnels built to bypass the Queens Midtown and Lincoln Tunnels with no Manhattan access. I would suggest starting it from the BQE/LIE interchange to some point along the New Jersey Turnpike.That sounds good. |
