But for that situation, you can't judge what is a comfortable setting for one person versus another. Some people are constantly cold and others are constantly hot.And if you use the temperature as an issue for this case, it probably wouldn't be accepted since the incident occurred at the terminal versus at a station along the line. One can easily argue that you could wait to exit at the next station if you were uncomfortable. I understand what you mean but the city these days is, for the most part, very stingy when it comes to letting people off the hook without a penalty. |
