If said person chooses #2, however, there is ONE adjournment allowed...and there is a 60-minute window.But, it is near impossible, IF NOT impossible, to get a ticket thrown out on a technicality...because it can be used against the officer (as I have been informed by people who do not wish to be named, and who do not post here)...not issuing a summons that sticks. |
