I'm trying to keep costs down. Just running all the diesel service which currently runs to/from LIC would provide about a dozen trains each way during rush hours. All that's required for my plan is 3 high-level stations, side platforms at Glendale and Maspeth, and one island platform at Fresh Pond. |
