Congratulations.This was a blatant abuse of power on the part of that officer, and a direct and illegal challenge to your Constitutionally-protected right to photograph what you want in a public place. Yet, as difficult as it probably was for you, you didn't back down. You stood up for your rights. You fought the good fight, and you won. Your experience is a fine example for all here to follow. Once again, congratulations. |
