"This has nothing to do with homeland security. Maybe some local fuzz interpret it this way, but that in NOT what was intended, and NOWHERE in the Homeland Security BS does it say anything about restricting liberties. BTW: Our ambulance service just got 10 new encrypted digital radios through Homeland Security funding. ROAR |
