Fredplease listen to me here its diferent out here than on the east coast where there are a lot of railfans / tourists taking train photos in they nyc metro areas butthe attitudes here and the atmosphere is totally different !!.. by sherifs doing security at lacmta rail stations here is high way over agressive bold forceful military occupation type hateful and in your face now type of approach. it seems that law enforcement out here is everybody is a ''bad guy'' who does not wear our issued uniform! when they come at you like a defensive tackle after a quaterback and bum rush you hard amd make persons clam up in a defensive posture it only makes them go to the next level the hard handcuffs because they have this sickness in their heads here that the transit riding public is always guilty of doing something wrong and thank god they have a set of ''cuffs-ready'' to tie this down !! the law enforcement community of southern california acts too many times here like an occupation force in a hostile war zone !!! easy clammed up and went into the only defnese he could '''WHY'''?? why are you in my face because i took some photos here ??? what did i do that is against the law here ?? why do i erc _________________________________________________!!!! 'easy' was probably agressed upon way to harsh and to him it seemed like an AMBUSH !!!!!!! i just ( from past experence ) just slowly and i mean slow look for whatever ID i am carrying after that its my name rank & serial # and any further conversation / information i request it be done NOT REFUSING TO TALK TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT GUY ETC.... ( but ) any further information they want questions they want to ask me has to be done with my co-operation 100% BUT with my LAWYER !! and my LAWYER has to be PRESENT before i can answer any more '''QUESTIONS''' they will go into their ''agressive-cop-what-are-you-hiding-shit'' but you just have to ZIP YOUR MOUTH SHUT from this point on !! horrible living in a POLICE STATE here in southern california !! it is not like the nyc metro area at all !!! |
