I thought re-opening the Elmhurst LIRR station was the worst example of spending money without increasing walk to subway access. The MTA's 20 year plan includes 2 SAS extensions across 125th St. One ends at the St. Nicholas, another continues west and extends up Broadway to 137th St. I've included both in the following analysis.
