"It makes more sense to me than the idea that they can't get up certain grades."The grade issue is the official line. The signal incompatibility doesn't make sense. If its out there on the road on any division, it should be able to work with the signal system thats in service. Why would ESA signals be different than the rest of the line that the M3s run on? |
