The Jamaica Av entrance is on a small plot of land bounded by Jamaica Av, Metropolitan Av, Kew Gardens Rd and the southbound Van Wyck service road:

There's also a second entrance at 89th Av and the expressway, adjacent to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
