The 15 was the Jamaica Local, 168th St-Broad Street. My grandpa drove that route up to the time he died in 1965. We took a ride with him some time in 1963 (which started my love of subway trains) :) My parents took a picture of the stacked destination signs (he was piloting a train of R-16s), but I have no idea where it is now :( |
