There should be paperwork for each and every move there ... for the builds, for the stop work, for the inventory of what was used and what was surplused or moved to other construction, justifications for the work, justifications for the stop work, storage documents during the war, disposal of materials, you name it.For every action, there is a form to be filled and filed. It's STILL like that even today ... |
