I'd be willing to bet that the floor was clean when 70 left Chicago. From what I've heard, there's a certain amount of leakage which happens with those GE engines and it's supposedly normal as long as it isn't too much. What I fear is that the AIR filters are what went up - that's happened before and is a maintenance item that is supposedly a PIA for the mechanics to deal with, but MUST be done. I'd be curious as to the details though. |
