LION has seen this oil on the floors of BNSF locomotives. Him was told not to step into the engine compartment lest one would slip and fall, perhaps someplace else.LION also knows that RULES require that engines and their compartments be kept CLEAN. (For safety, and to make inspection easier, since any stains or spills would be new and need to be investigated.) Oh well, I guess NYCT/MTA is not the only road with slackers in the cleaning department.
