There are NO controversial GOP laws currently on the table to do anything about homosexuality in Arizona, so I don't know if I agree 100% with that assertion. The Arizona GOP does have some bad laws that mostly target Hispanics, but they aren't targeting gays. |

I could never live in a place where I can be in shorts on X-Mas.It's unnatural. It doesn't necessarily have to be sub-freezing but for Christmas, I want to able to put a jacket on and see my breath coming out of my mouth. A sheet of snow is perfect. Even when I've spent the holidays in Southern Italy or other places warmer than NY, it would still be chilly enough to require some kind of jacket. It cannot be warmer than what it would be in Bethlehem or the Baby Jesus weeps. |

I am sure the there wouldn't live there either if they could be elsewhere. Most of them don't want to be there either. But it's an observation. Lots of white people like to talk the talk, but when it comes down to it would never live in a neighborhood like Wyandanch. (I wouldn't either, as it's high crime). I live in a mixed neighborhood, and it's fine for me, but it's not really high crime, it's just mixed. Wyandanch is pretty high crime. But I guarantee many white liberals would never live in my neighborhood either however. |
