He has shown enough bad judgement in terms of downgrading felonies to misdemeanors. Bragg downgraded 52% of felonies to misdemeanors v/s 39% in 2019 under C Vance. Braggs office also had a 51% conviction rate v/s 68% conviction rate under Cy Vance.These numbers dont look good for Alvin, totally justifying his removal only if Hochul had any backbone. |

This is totally not associated with any criminal proceedings. All 4 possibilities exist: the official is successful or not successful at the hearing, and ditto at his criminal trial. |
