He has shown enough bad judgement in terms of downgrading felonies to misdemeanors. Bragg downgraded 52% of felonies to misdemeanors v/s 39% in 2019 under C Vance. Braggs office also had a 51% conviction rate v/s 68% conviction rate under Cy Vance.
These numbers dont look good for Alvin, totally justifying his removal only if Hochul had any backbone.
