Gee, I wonder WHY the Governor would say that? 🤔 And now since Trump and Vance brought it up, you dig in your heels and don't let go of the partisan, Democrat rope you're holding on to! Good job! He's still a politician who doesn't want the bad publicity. One thing I've learned over the years is, just because someone denies it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. The opposite is also true.

Yep. I too agree with that post. First debate, advantage Harris. I hope he agrees to another debate. Sometimes a second debate is needed to right the ship. I Remember the first Reagan Mondale debate. Reagan got his ass kicked in that one. But in the 2nd debate, Ronnie successfully diffused the age issue with his "my opponents youth and inexperience" line. The reaction to that might very well made the difference in who would win.
Trump looked tired, angry, not oozing with his cocky self confidence while poorly prepared.
Point being a 2nd debate can turn things around, just what Trump needs if he wants to win.

Don't get Pre Diabetic?

How are you able to tell what your levels are?
Do You have a glucose monitor?
Are you consulting your physician about the level of sugars, and body mass to fat ratio..
Are you consuming more water, or less?

A1C control is all about control over intake.

You do a balancing act between carbs proteins and sugars.
Water Is the evening out, so you drink one cup after meals.

Absolutely portion out your meals, with the majority of it being veggies, small portion of rice, preferably brown, and boiled chicken,or fish.
Leave the red meat family alone for the time being.

Most definitely keep your self hydrated with Water, not sugary drinks.
Keep a steady watch on your calories intake to avoid fatty acid.

Keep drinking plenty of water.
It will help flush out sugary deposits, and uric acids to keep you from developing Gough.

I'm a caretaker, so I have to be on top of all of those things.
My father had a heart attack some years ago because of COVID-19,so I keep him on track.

My father blew up to 269 pounds After his heart attack.
He was pretty much out of control with his eating.

I helped him lose the weight with meal replacement routines.
Diet and a lot of exercise.

He's down to about 180 now, watching his weight, taking vitamins supplements.
Because COVID did him so dirty, he has to take heart meds and jardiance.
It helps a lot, and since he is still fairly young,he can pretty much do whatever he wants..
Except eat junk food,run marathons,etc.

He's a good dude.. still running his company, living his life.

He just doesn't "come here" anymore, says you guys " run his pressure up".😅

Yep. I've been dealing with that for over 10 years now.

The good news is that when I cut my sugar, my cholesterol also went down. The bad news is I can hardly afford to eat anything delicious any more.

I'm willing to hardly eat any delicious stuff. The one thing I'm not willing to do is eat stuff that I don't like. No kale, no broccoli, etc. Too bitter. Not willing to be healthier if it means bitter vegetables.

It is not that easy. She needs the free media coverage to try and put distance between her and Biden to try and get marginal Trump voters to stay home on Election Day. By marginal Trump voters I am talking about those who feel like if they have to vote then ever so slightly it will be for Trump, but they can be subjectively convinced (however wrong it is objectively) that they won’t see a difference if either are elected so don’t go out of your way to vote if it is difficult on Election Day due to other commitments.

The moderators didn’t bring it up.

DAVID MUIR: Let me just ask, though, why did you try to kill that bill and successfully so? That would have put thousands of additional agents and officers on the border.

DONALD TRUMP: First let me respond as to the rallies. She said people start leaving. People don't go to her rallies. There's no reason to go. And the people that do go, she's busing them in and paying them to be there. And then showing them in a different light. So, she can't talk about that. People don't leave my rallies. We have the biggest rallies, the most incredible rallies in the history of politics. That's because people want to take their country back. Our country is being lost. We're a failing nation. And it happened three and a half years ago. And what, what's going on here, you're going to end up in World War 3, just to go into another subject. What they have done to our country by allowing these millions and millions of people to come into our country. And look at what's happening to the towns all over the United States. And a lot of towns don't want to talk -- not going to be Aurora or Springfield. A lot of towns don't want to talk about it because they're so embarrassed by it. In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in. They're eating the cats. They're eating -- they're eating the pets of the people that live there. And this is what's happening in our country. And it's a shame. As far as rallies are concerned, as far -- the reason they go is they like what I say. They want to bring our country back. They want to make America great again. It's a very simple phrase. Make America great again. She's destroying this country. And if she becomes president, this country doesn't have a chance of success. Not only success. We'll end up being Venezuela on steroids.

If you really want to be sure, get yourself a monitor.
Yeah, it's a pain in the backside, but you will know where you are at on a daily basis.

Three months of steady self control will keep you in the green between doctors visits.

It's pretty crucial that you act as if you already have diabetes, and stick to a meal/intake prep plan.
