I've been dealing with that for over 10 years now. The good news is that when I cut my sugar, my cholesterol also went down. The bad news is I can hardly afford to eat anything delicious any more. I'm willing to hardly eat any delicious stuff. The one thing I'm not willing to do is eat stuff that I don't like. No kale, no broccoli, etc. Too bitter. Not willing to be healthier if it means bitter vegetables. |
