Actually, "anchor babies" get only SNAP, Medicaid, and/or WIC, and these benefits aren't transferable to their (undocumented) parents. Moreover, undocumented immigrants pay taxes, just like we citizens do--in fact, the IRS estimates that as many as 75% of undocumented immigrants pay annual income taxes. They're not getting "free" benefits for their U.S.-born kids. These immigrants pay into the system just like we do. |

Actually, this country can, and does, let people die in the gutter, for lack of funds or insurance. It happens more often than you think. One very well-publicized incident occurred in Baltimore just last month, where a homeless woman was ejected into the cold winter night, clad only in a hospital gown, because the staff refused to treat her. A friend of mine, a clinical psychologist at this very hospital, recorded video of the entire incident, and it went viral, making it possible for this defenseless woman to get the care she needed. |

It's part of a government plan. |

How does a drone keep someone from crossing the border? It identifies an illegal crossing over, requiring LEO's to chase them down; detain them; adjudicate their case; and send them back.
