government sees the situation as this:

The baby boomers and their children did not replenish the population and we need people for labor, inventions, crime, reproduction and military.

Government sees people like LuchAAA, Chicagomotorman, AlM, SMAZZA, Peter Rosa, Fred G, RPanse, Olog-hai, JayZeeBMT, bingbong, railman718, ENYYard, Dand124, and others who did not reproduce at least twice, as useless.
