Yes, free choice spurred by a misunderstanding of the law. Why the misunderstanding? Probably partly or even mostly due to the excessive reaction by opponents.

But chicacgomotorman is saying he thinks this exodus spurred by misunderstanding is a good thing. That's what I object to.
