It is an absolute fact that black areas have more violent crime. So why do you think that is?

1. Years of institutionalized racism

2. Failed liberal policies

3. Poor leadership

4. "Turning the tables". Blacks were the victims of violent crimes for decades. Today, they are often the perpetrators.
