Um no, it doesn't work that way.

There is a giant, enclosed tank buried in the yard. All of the plumbing in the house works the same way as it does in a house with a sewer. From time to time a truck comes by to empty it out. It empties it out through something like a manhole, and the shit doesn't go back through the house. Obviously it's not the kind of thing a person cleans themselves, and is no more disgusting than having your neighbors' shit flowing past your house in the sewer main under the street in front of you because it's all underground.
