I'm going to guess that we're going to have to consult with a hipster that works at an Apple store or makes lattes. :)I would *imagine* that "vapor distilled" is salespeak for "a regular still, but we can't say that" ... you boil water, it makes steam, it turns the turbine and then evaporates into a Pyrex tube. But it can't be that simple, can it Mr. Science? Heh. And funny thing about distillation - aromatics will "steam" earlier than the water. I think I'd better shaddap now. :) |
