NY135 and NY27 east of Babylon could also easily be 60 or 65. Back in the late 60s or early 70s before the energy crisis mandated the nationwide 55 limit, 135 allowed 60. The LIE allowed 60 throughout Nassau County.

Pennsylvania Turnpike's Northeast Extension allows 65 between Scranton and Allentown. That seemed excessive, as there are only two lanes in each direction and the two carriageways are separated by a very narrow median. That seems to be the case on the mainline Turnpike as well.
