So if you want to be a perfectly ideal citizen, the only reason why you're passing is because someone is going below 55 and so 55 is suitable for passing. I know that's not the way it is in practice, but I'm just answering the question as I understand it. Once over 55, you are technically speeding regardless of your lane. |
