The JRP has benefitted from quite a few upgrades in the last 25 years or so. The Belt is the same over that time besides the wooden lamposts and the viaduct over the yard what else has been done? The Ocean Parkway interchange is a modern improvement but neither of these roads are truly capable of 1960's traffic let alone today's. |
