Just driving it and you will see a huge difference. The Belt is no worse than the Grand Central or Northern State. It doesn't have Interstate Hwy standards, but it's not the "JR Parkway" either.For a trip back in time to what all the Parkways once looked like, take a drive on the Bethpage Parkway.
