Or is that as fast as the thing would go?Yeah, it's a frigging 1.8L Ford Focus Wagon. The only reason I even hit speeds that high in it was because I was going down a hill in a rush to get the car back to the airport. If it wasn't for that, I would have maxed out at less exiting speed of 111 (180 km/h). If I had the choice, I probably would have aimed for at least the mythical 200 km/h mark (roughly 125 mph) and 250 km/h (155 mph) with enough clearance and power. |
