Some NYC highways in addition to the Jackie Robinson deserve their lower speed limits because of curves, narrow lanes, and or uneven pavement.

Just to name a few, 50 is reasonable for the BQE, parts of the Bruckner, much of the Bronx River, and the Henry Hudson; 45 is reasonable for the FDR.
