Adam, I hate to ruffle your feathers, but in reality the MAJORITY of people that live in the Americas (combining North and South) speak Spanish. Those that speak English are in the MINORITY, so we have no right here in the USA -- only ONE country among many -- in this part of the hemisphere, to make it a mandate that foreigners MUST speak English. Don't forget that almost all of them are MAJORITY Spanish-speaking countries as was MOST OF NORTH AMERICA's Western territories prior to the famous 'land rush' of the late 19th Century. |
