From what I understand,heart troubles are usually accompanied by various warning signs.
Pains in your shoulder,back and arm.
Indigestion,or sudden crazy heart racing.
Sometimes headaches.

The body gives you warnings, that we sometimes ignore as "other things".

We have to learn to stop ignoring the warnings.
