I see L2 is 3 to 19.2 kW.

19.2 kW is maybe 60 miles of charging in an hour, or (more or less) a minute of highway driving for every minute of charging.

There will need to be a LOT of those chargers on the streets.

It all depends on how you use your car.

When I owned a car, for 5 years I drove 30 miles each way to work and parked on the street overnight. I would have needed easy availability of L2 chargers either on the streets near where I live or at the parking lot at work.

Other than that, most of my driving was long trips. With gasoline, I could get 150 miles of range in about 5 minutes at a gas station. I would really want stations on the road to be 350 kW or so (which at 3 mi/kwhr is about 175 mi of range in 10 minutes).
