As I've said many times before the city's biggest risks by far are WFH and the loss of factories, but that's nothing new.My employer requires people to come in three days a week but has nevertheless massively cut its floor space. How did they do this? By dramatically increasing density: - No offices. - Not even dedicated desks. Every day when you come in you pick an empty desk in the field of 6-desk cubicles. |
