I easily could have mailed it in and no one would have ever known.

You wouldn't have had to sign your neighbor's name somewhere in the process? If not, CA has a defect in its process that other states don't have.

And if you did sign his name, that would be a crime.

And also, if a lot of that double voting happened, both Republican and Democratic election officials would be aware. Why aren't the Trumpists ballyhooing how many of these incidents have occurred?
