Exactly. What the hell is Mitch's problem? He doesn't believe in Article V?

The founding fathers also allowed slavery to persist. Is he against the 13th amendment?

And the Electoral College was hardly established to prevent tyranny. If anything, it was established to perpetuate it, by giving the Southern dystopia disproportionate power.
