The country is only moving leftward on selected issues, like acceptance of gay relationships and marriage.There is no leftward movement on abortion. The opposition to second term abortions is as strong as it ever was. There is also no leftward movement on gun control. A majority has always favored stronger controls but nothing resembling a ban. On what issues do you see this leftward movement? |
