So, what's the answer???

My only idea is the laws already on the books should be ENFORCED. For instance, this guy was a MILKMAN. What does a milkman need with a gun (I assume it was a handgun). I can understand if he owned a rifle for hunting purposes. But if this was a handgun then he should not have had it. PERIOD. (granted the laws vary from state to state and Penn. may allow ownership of handguns to common citizenry).
