Did you know that both NPR and Pacifica are networks that provide content, but the local stations affiliated with each are expected to originate a minimum of 50% local content by FCC regulations? Both public radio stations and Pacifica affilates hire locals and at some of the smaller stations, they can be truly sad. The networks do not maintain transcripts of local programming.

Therefore the evidence you submit is invalid. I'm not taking sides, but you seem to be convicting when the evidence is not there to do so.
