If my boss increased the size of my fleet by 12% and told me that I didn't need additional parts and manpower to maintain it, I'd certainly be skeptical. At some point, if you add 30 million people to the US healthcare system and you do not add infrastructure and personnel to support it, the system will become overloaded. |
