A better analogy would be: the TA picked 12% of the fleet and put it on a program of deferred maintenance, fixing them only when they really break down. The ACA is putting that 12% back on a program of regular maintenance, just like the other cars. There'll be an initial effort to bring them back up to spec, but after that, it's more proactive than reactive. |
