If I'm on a checkout line and the cashier refuses to check out a 12 Oz package of bacon - what is a reasonable accommodation? Inconvenience me by asking me to move to another register or inconvenience me by making me wait until they find a pinch hitter to ring up the bacon? Perhaps there'll be a checkout line with a sign that says "NO PORK OR ALCOHOL PRODUCTS". The prospects of this law were hijacked by the LGBT community but it had other implications. |
