I tend to agree with the persistent theory going around, that it was Governor Christie himself, on his wife's phone. This is an old strategy to get around New Jersey's public records law, in that communications on a device not owned or assigned to a government official, aren't "discoverable", and can remain "privileged".Wildstein's reply, "they are the children of Buono voters" would seem to support this theory. |
